PitchGrid started the way most useful tools do - out of necessity. As a softball dad watching my daughter's games, I kept wishing I could sync up multiple video angles to really understand what was happening in those crucial moments.
The Problem That Started It All
Picture this: You're recording your kid's at-bat from the stands while another parent films from behind home plate. Later, you want to see both angles of that perfect swing, but trying to manually sync them up is a nightmare. Frame rates are different, timing is off, and you end up spending more time fighting with video files than actually analyzing the play.
That frustration led to a simple question: Why isn't there an easy way to sync multiple videos and analyze them side by side?
What PitchGrid Does
